EIS was created in 2020 with the guiding principles of authentic connection and open communication, both of which are vital to create and maintain equitable spaces of learning and growth where all individuals belong and are celebrated. We aim to build sustainable DEIJ competency through compassionate collaboration.

Who do we work with?
At Equity and Inclusion Specialists LLC, we have had the immense honor and privilege of collaborating with a variety of organizations across sectors, including public school districts, Independent Schools, non-profit organizations, municipalities, private companies, and state organizations.
Services have varied from individual leadership consultations and advisement to organization-wide employee trainings with hundreds of individuals.
